Annual Zone 4 gathering aimed to bring together delegates from 14 countries for latihans, business meetings and to stregthen brotherhood between nations.
This year the Zone 4 gathering will be held in one of the most beautiful cities of the world — Budapest, the capital of Hungary.
The gathering brings together KCs, delegates, and members for an important week of meetings, latihan, kejiwaan, and shared time in the heart of the city.
Hotel Benczúr
The gathering will be based at Hotel Benczúr, a comfortable hotel in central Budapest near Heroes’ Square.
The location offers easy access to public transport, city attractions, parks, museums, cafés, and restaurants.

Meetings, latihan & kejiwaan
The main focus of the week is on delegates meetings.
At the same time, there will also be a latihan and kejiwaan programme for all members.

KCs arrival and registration
KCs and Zone 4 Team arrive, check in, and settle at the hotel.

All arriving guests receive practical and local information for the week.
KCs meetings at the Subud House
The first day of KCs business meetings takes place away from the hotel at the Hungarian Subud House.
Guided transport and lunch
Subud Hungary members guide KCs there, and lunch is provided.
KCs meetings continue at the Subud House
The formal programme continues through the day.
Delegates arrive at the hotel
More participants join the gathering and receive practical information.
Opening ceremony
Formal gethering at the latihan hall in the hotel.
Morning latihan and kejiwaan
The day starts with latihan & kejiwaan program.
Bapak talk
A dedicated listening session in Latihan hall.
Country reports
Formal delegate meetings begin; observers may also attend.
Individual or group tests
Kejiwaan tests are available for members who wish to have them.
Evening latihan
The day closes with shared latihan.
Morning latihan
A shared beginning to the day.
WINGS, WSA, and Zone projects
Meetings continue with reports and ongoing work in the Zone.

The gathering ends and participants begin their journeys home.
Hotel Benczúr as the central base
Hotel Benczúr offers a practical and comfortable base for the whole gathering. Its central location makes it easy to combine the formal programme with city walks, nearby cafés and restaurants, museums, parks, and family-friendly activities.
Single and double rooms
Both single rooms and double rooms are available for participants.
Breakfast included, lunch and dinner optional
Lunch and dinner are optional.
Breakfast is included in the accommodation. You can choose lunch and/or dinner when booking your room and indicate the days when you would like to eat at the hotel.
Spaces for meetings and latihan
There will be one large hall for group and delegate meetings with two rooms for latihans.
A helpers’ room will also be available for individual or group tests during the day.
Parking at the hotel
For anyone driving, parking is available at the hotel on a first-come basis.
The current cost is €15 per day.
Budapest has a well-developed transport network, so the hotel is easy to reach by airport bus plus metro, taxi, or car.
All public transport (including the airport express bus) is free for over 65s - carry ID proof of age with you.

Those who do not spend the whole day in meetings can enjoy a meaningful and enjoyable programme during the gathering.
Individual latihan and tests
Subud members can do individual latihan and tests with helpers.
Pre-registration at the spot is required.
Time for children and families
The hotel’s central setting makes it easy to enjoy the city with children, including a very extensive nearby play park, plus outdoor swimming in the warm waters on Margaret Island.
Walks, culture and sightseeing
The hotel is located near Heroes’ Square with many attractions within walking distance. These include Art and Culture Galleries, several museums, a park, and thermal baths.

During the meeting Subud Hungary members will host walking and sightseeing visits.
